Donna has been a fitness instructor of over 20 years and maintains certifications through ACE (American Council on Exercise) in both Group Fitness and Personal Training. She holds a degree in Exercise Science and specialty certifications in American Barre Technique, Pilates, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Children’s Yoga,Kickboxing and Silver Sneakers. She has trained in Tang Soo Do and Shotokan martial arts. Her love for the martial arts has lead her to train in Tai Chi. Since 2014, she has been training in Yang & Chen Style Tai Chi (hand & sword forms) and has earned a Black Sash from a World Champion Chinese Master.Her passion for fitness and Tai Chi resonates in her classes. She enjoyshelping others in achieving their goals and believes consistency is the key to obtaining good health and wellness.

My daughter has been coming here for almost a year now and it's the best. She has fun while learning discipline and hard work. The instructors , especially master Benson, make sure that the kids are having fun but also stay focused. Can't say enough good things. They also hold other classes for adults that I'm sure are just as great. They have a 2 week trial so definitely don't hesitate to try it out!
